Answers to the questions we get asked most before departure.
Fill in the booking form on the tour page, or write to us directly on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. We reply confirming availability and the exact pick-up time from your hotel.
Yes. Pick-up from your hotel and the return trip are included in the price of all our excursions, in air-conditioned vehicles.
Yes — the original passport is mandatory for almost every excursion: it is needed at road checkpoints, for coastguard checks at the harbour and of course at the international border for Petra. A photocopy is not enough.
Yes. The free “Sinai Only” stamp is not valid outside Sinai: Cairo requires the full $25 tourist visa (bus excursion) and Luxor the $30 one. For Petra, on the other hand, the Jordanian entry visa and all customs fees are already included in the price.
Our excursions are accompanied by official Italian-speaking guides. If you would rather have English or Russian, tell us when booking and we will check availability for your date.
Many are. The Seascope semi-submarine, the dolphin show and the boat trips are perfect for families, with reduced rates where indicated; swimming with dolphins is suitable from age 3–4 with an adult. On the buggy safari, driving is allowed from 18, but children can ride along as passengers in complete safety. Mount Sinai, on the other hand, requires good fitness.
Each tour page has the full list. In general: original passport, comfortable closed shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, water and some cash for drinks, rentals or tips. For the night departures — Cairo by bus, Petra, Mount Sinai — remember to ask reception for a breakfast box the evening before.
