Overview

Feel the adrenaline among the Sinai dunes and discover the authentic Bedouin atmosphere. After a short briefing you set off on a quad — automatic gearbox, easy for everyone — along a scenic route through dunes, desert tracks and rocky mountains, with a stop at the Valley of Echoes, a camel ride and hot herbal tea under the tent.

Day programme

  1. 1

Hotel pick-up: transfer in an air-conditioned minivan to the quad base in the desert.

  2. 2

Safety briefing: a quick, simple explanation of how to ride the quad (automatic gearbox) and fitting of the traditional keffiyeh against the sand.

  3. 3

    45–60 min

Quad ride: a scenic, exciting route through sand dunes, desert tracks and striking rocky mountains.

  4. 4

Valley of Echoes: a stop between the high rock walls to hear the natural echo and take spectacular photos.

  5. 5

    15–20 min

Traditional camel ride: a short, memorable ride on camelback to experience the desert at a slower pace.

  6. 6

Bedouin tent: a shaded break in an authentic camp, with traditional hot tea made from local herbs (habak).

  7. 7

Ride back on the quad to the motor base and final transfer to your resort.
